I have been coaching and mentoring clients one-to-one and within groups for over 30 years. I work with clients to provide a safe thinking space and time to face their challenges head-on.

At the heart of what I do is my commitment to maximising people’s sense of passion, professionalism, vocation, and mission. When you desire more joy, contentment and satisfaction in your life and want to unlock more of your potential, it can be hard to know which direction to head in first.

We live in a culture that doesn’t actively award people for branching out, challenging or changing themselves  - women are schooled in a system that doesn’t ask the key questions but instead drives a work and living ethic that doesn’t prioritise happy healthy mental and physical and spiritual health. 

I am known for my incredible ability to motivate, inspire and enable people to transform potential ideas into great things. It’s something I have done time and time again in my own life. I have a 'one-woman dynamo' approach to life and am known for my sense of humour, direct approach, deep intuition, and empathy. I bring a supportive, challenging and positive energy to my work and am committed to helping you do the very best you can.

Our coaching work will generally be a time-limited series of meetings and we will set goals and strategies as well as regularly review progress. Our rapport is vital to the work so we will use the first meeting to decide if I am the right person for you and what the plan going forward will be.

 I also work with teams and groups, offering non-managerial supervision or strategic support through specific transitions and challenges.
