The Change Collective

The innovative coaching programme for motivated women seeking a lasting improvement in your professional and personal life in 2026;

Career - Identity - Purpose - Creativity - Prosperity

Expertly held, quality space with a tried and tested process - unique collective process and membership

Starting February 10th 2026; accessible, online, and live evening group sessions.

Inspiration. Reflection. Clarity. Purpose. Direction. Strategy. Action taking. Accountability.

“Just say what I think about change and collectivity and the compant of women and a tried and tested progreamm - it works….Ive run this course for the past 5 years, contimnually developing it, shifting it, chganging it, adding thinking, modules, toolkits, and so much thinking and lived experinec. all funnellintto the process every time - an iterative bespoke course curated to the woemn who attend. Its about YOU and what you bring to the collective and we weave all your needs into a process. Everyone grows, everyone learns, everyone. Mental health, physical health and the body is and important of a much wider picture of helpful modalities from the worlds of coacningh, consultancy, psychoanalysys, crestity and art and poliutics. And in and amongst all of this theres a process that each group goes on - a journey bespoke to them.

Differences are acknowledged and worked with or parked if its not relevent. There is always a lens of intersectionality, diversity, socia econic, systems thinking - we exist ina partiacchal capitalist space so this influences our bevaiopus. thei course acknowledges all of this and helps to enhance your toolit and teach you other and additional ways to get more of our liofe and career and get what you wnat in the system in which we operate. Inherently therefore the wokr is feminist - and you dont have to call yourself this to attend but I think it helps unless you are in the market for learning - in which case you are really welcome.

Unique as its based on nearly 40 years of professional and personal lived experience - as an academic, activist, artist, writer, coach, CEO, social worker, counsellor, community development worker, group worker, community facilitator, and more.

These courses are about what I have learned and sharing it with you and all of us creating some shared understanding and differences but ultimetly learning from each other all the time. The more people (over 2 people I mean) - means the learning grows

Change can be hard on my own… changing anything like a job, or pivoting sector, shedding a negative habit or pattern you’ve got into, anything, can take time and the process of trying something new or trying to get something off the ground can feel really uncomfortable…Sometimes it’s impossible to know what steps to take first; if I’m even going about it in the ‘right’ way and if it’s ever going to be worth it in the end anyways”

If you feel like this and you know there a change you wnat to make…whether its related to your career, work, a new venture, an aspect of yourself; boundaries, self doubt, or confidence stuff, or you wnat to get more creative in life then you’ve come to the right place.

FAQs

  • Kelly is a coach, a consultant, an artist and an activist. A multiple award winning professional and known for her incredible ability to motivate, inspire and enable people to transform potential ideas into great things.

This energy is backed-up and demonstrated by a successful and lucrative portfolio career arising from over 37 years of expertise in leadership, strategy and organisational development. She has three BA and MA degrees in Philosophy, Fine Art and Social Work, and additional qualifications in Counselling, Groupwork and Analytical Network Coaching.

Kelly has successfully moved between careers; trained, qualified, and practiced in a range of helping, counselling, and creative disciplines; run her own successful Strategy and Organisational Development Consultancy business for the last 21 years and mentored emerging and thriving leaders and senior managers. She is a parent, a writer, an exhibiting and selling artist and a local community social activist.

As a solo mum in her second act, Kelly knows the feeling all too well of being pulled in different directions and putting our own needs on the back burner yet still having a desire to do or be more. This work brings together her passion and expertise in helping people to dream BIG and work out what happiness and personal impact looks like for them.

  • Your Second Act is the time for re-invention; a particular stage or moment in our life cycle when the desire and possibly the opportunity comes together for personal and/or professional re-invention. It comes at a particular juncture in our life cycle - a very personal moment when you sense somewhere inside you that it’s time for change in a fundamental way - a ‘what the hell is NEXT? moment.

The Second Act is a time for transformation - not so much as a side step, but more of a leap up and out to somewhere else. A leap out into something or somewhere that you’re not quite sure how you will do it but you know it’s time.

This moment is unique to all of us but it can be determined not only by important life events happening - expected or unexpected, but also by important shifts in our awareness or personal consciousness. Common times for second acts are after having children, turning 40 or 50, pre or post menopause, at a relationship split up or new beginning, during a physical move or after an illness.

It’s the time in your life when little internal voices have become a bit louder and you’ve realised that you are not getting any younger and it is time to face these fears and see if your visions and ideas have ‘legs’.

The Second Act is the moment when you feel like you have had enough of what you have ‘been’, you want to shed some skin and grow into a new identity

Interestingly women give this moment a series of common names. They talk about this moment as a feeling of plateauing - a moment where the future feels unclear; there’s no clear sense of direction or the possibility of going back, but moving forward seems baffling.

Others talk about their Second Act as a moment where they experience a new sense of clarity and perspective - knowing that they just cannot carry on with the path they are on any more.

In many cases women describe this as a moment when we realise we’ve served others needs or expectations for a long time, when we may have subsumed our own identity or when our sense of self has gone or been outgrown. It is a powerful moment of realisation when women notice how they put their needs to the bottom of the pile, when they realise their life has been focused on others expectations, or a relationship isn’t feeding them anymore; when a break-up might be imminent or when a health scare wakes us up to the fact that life is short and time is ticking. Second Acts can come at the point when kids are about to complete their exams or leave home and suddenly this initial phase of mothering is done and there is time and space ahead but no clear sense of direction or purpose.

It’s a moment when women see that there can be very real barriers and obstacles that they will face in shaking up their own system and that these will need to be faced, explored, understood and disarmed in order to move through what’s holding them back.

Finally it’s the next and new chapter - a time when YOU get to decide – not your parents, school, partner, family, community or society – but the time in your life when you stand up and say it’s my time to do what I want to do. When it’s time to embody a renewed sense of self and re-find the next true nature of what is wanted or needed for happiness health satisfaction wealth and contentment; to morph into the next incarnation, the next iteration, the next layer of the onion.

  • Not at all. What you do need is a positive intention to start to explore ideas and do the work that will help you move into your Second Act.

The course is designed as a process and a journey. It is the journey that will be useful to go on - you might not necessarily know what the destination will look like yet. The course is designed so that you get an opportunity and space to think about and answer incisive questions about your Second Act - how you would like your work life to be. I will lead you through a process that will open up ideas and thinking. Whatever you come on the programme with will be exactly the right place for you to be.

  • The course runs over a number of months and we will meet every month, online. The dates are in the info page.

Regular coaching and programme content will be sent to you via whats app.

In addition to this there will be a dynamic and supportive course 'Community Whats App' collective space where you can check-in with me and your fellow participants. I will drop into the group on a regular basis so please think of this as the space to ask for coaching help as the group progresses through the programme.

  • Once you have signed up for the course I will send you a short email and also include my usual coaching agreement. You will sign to say you’ve received and understood all of this and we will discuss all of this in the first session too.

  • This course is open to any and all women, people who define as women, queer or gender non-binary. Inclusion and diversity is very important to me so I aim to provide a space where women of all backgrounds feel welcome. What is very important is that you connect with the information on here about the course and that it describes where you find yourself to be in life and that you feel ready for your exploration of your Second Act. The course is for any women that feels a ‘YES that’s me!’ or anyone who is feeling stuck, lacking purpose or direction and wants to get that spark back. I am known as someone who works with creative and energetic processes as a way to unlock ideas and new ways forward. I make no assumption about who will be attracted to the course and what your background will be. I will use creative tasks to uncover information and ideas but ALL of my methods are designed with no artistic background needed.

  • No, however, if you have any questions, you can reach out to me via the whats app group that we will create for the programme. If you are looking for something more bespoke and face-to-face support and accountability, please get in touch to find out about my one-to-one coaching.
