Why Join?

Focus and Inclusion

At its heart is the belief that you are the leader of you, and that empowering, managing, and leading yourself effectively and compassionately is essential.

The programme is open to women of all genders, race, class, age, and ability who lead or manage people, strategy, teams, budgets, tasks, functions, or projects. To ensure everyone has time and space, the group is limited to a maximum of eight participants.

The Leadership Gap

A recent UK survey shows that 90% of leaders agree strong leadership is essential, yet only 20% receive the training and development they need (Stat from wig.co.uk).

This seven-month CPD journey helps you grow into the next version of yourself—with the insight, skills, and clarity you need to thrive in today’s BANI environment: brittle, anxious, non-linear, and incomprehensible.

What makes this programme unique?

This is not just leadership theory. At the outset, you will clarify your leadership intentions, and we will co-create a curriculum tailored to your needs. Each session will apply directly to real-world challenges, with themes such as planning in uncertainty, systemic conflict, innovation with limited resources, and ethical decision-making.

My multi-layered approach, blending intersectionality, leadership theories, coaching psychology, and somatic and energetic modalities, offers a wide range of creative thinking and problem-solving strategies.

The Eco-leadership Questionnaire by Dr Simon Western will be cascaded to all particpants at the beginning of the programme.  This will help to support you to understand the style of leadership you most exhibit - where the issues may lie in this for you and ways you can develop your approach.

Testamonial

‘For anyone in my network looking to work with an exceptional coach I can't recommend Kelly enough. She has helped me tremendously for over a year to transform into a better leader and, I'm hoping, a better person both at work and beyond it too. On top of this she is just genuinely an amazing and inspiring person to be around.’

Antoine Paré VP of Operations at Covariant

What's exciting and different about this programme?

This programme is based on my 40 years of professional expertise as a leader and manager across diverse settings, from CQSW/MA training as a Social Worker, to roles in community mental health, Rape Crisis, and Probation, to being a successful CEO of a National volunteering organisation. Since launching my freelance business in 2002, I have worked with over 150 organisations including the DfEE, Government, Unicef UK, The National Trust, The LGBT Consortium, and the YMCA movement. I am a renowned speaker, activist, and award-winning leader who has consistently delivered impact at every level.

After having three children as a solo mum in my 40’s, I led the Newham National Childbirth Trust Branch to national award-winning status. Over the years, I have coached and collaborated with thousands of people through consultancy, organisational programmes, and groupwork offerings such as Arty Mummas Art therapy, Non-Managerial Supervision, Creative Coaching, and Executive Coaching. My work is delivered through an intersectional empowerment, trauma-informed framework, integrating somatic, energetic, and transpersonal approaches, shaped by 25 years as a client in psychoanalysis. Most recently, I’ve developed Action Learning Programmes for the GLA High Street Network with Architecture00 and JAP Projects while running a thriving group and 1:1 coaching practice.

Helping people grow as leaders is one of my passions. I am committed to ensuring women leaders have the support to succeed in today’s ‘wild west’ workplace culture by creating regenerative and responsive spaces. My mission is to help people face the big challenges of leadership with purpose, benefiting not only ourselves, but also our families, relationships, communities, systems, and the planet. The better we can be at good leadership and leadership for good, the better for all of us.

  2. “The tools I’ve gained about how to translate my visions into practice have transformed how I lead and communicate - thank you.” – SL Senior Project Director

  3. “I have really appreciated the space to focus on developing my emotional intelligence - there’s never the time in my work place so to be able to step out and take time to reflect has been really beneficial - thanks” MR Architect

  4. “I really believe that what Kelly doesn’t know about isn’t worth knowing - she’s a real life creative guru but without all the pomp and ego. She seems to have resources and ideas at her fingertips… always! “ DG ex-Charity CEO and Freelance Consultant
